What is the Cost? One does not have to incur the expense of high hourly attorneys' fees in order to file a trademark application or conduct a trademark search. We offer a variety of Trademark Search options starting at $100.00. A trademark search, while not required, is very important to determine whether your trademark is available for registration. Once the trademark search has been completed, and upon your request, we can assist you to file your U.S. Federal Trademark Application for a low fixed fee. Our fee is $675.00 per application and per Class - and this flat fee includes the U.S. Trademark Office filing fees, which can vary.** We also offer a variety of Payment Options.

Our Newsletter is published twice yearly and includes valuable information regarding trademark news and events, interesting trademark related litigation, and changes in trademark law which may affect your trademark registration.
** Depending on how the trademark application is actually filed, the USPTO filing fees can range from $275.00 to $375.00 per Class. In fact, most of the time the filing fee is $325.00 per Class. Regardless, your flat fee will remain $675.00. If the filing fee is more then we'll simply make less.
