Trademark Filing Fee(s): The federal government's filing fee for a single federal trademark application is currently $375.00per class. State Trademark Applications: The filing fees at the state level are generally less than at the federal level. For example, in the State of Florida, the filing fee is currently only $87.50 per class. These filing fees are in addition to the application preparation fees. For information regarding whether a state or a federal trademark is appropriate for your situation please review the FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions). International Trademark Applications: Trademarks may also be filed internationally. We have an established network of trademark attorneys throughout the world and would be pleased to assist you with the international registration of your trademark.
